The guilty one had to be “punished” for leaving distinct teeth marks and causing 2 bruises. I guess she really clamped down on her sister’s jaw. Dangerous Baby!

* Yes, what’s the point of having 2 girls if you can’t dress them alike? Hahahaha

And I quote Estelle… “What fun!”

On the way back from Grandma and Grandpa’s place…

“Amelie look like boy…”

Pause.

Patting Amelie on the head… “Good boy, Amelie, good boy!”

“No darling, Amelie is a girl.”

“No! Amelie boy, not girl! Good boy Amelie!”

It’s a lazy Sunday afternoon here… after the drama the night before, it’s a blessing to regain the peace and tranquility.

Here are my girls modelling the clothes that Ah Yee bought.

And did I mention that they enjoy each other’s company?

It’s a quiet Saturday for us today… I’ve been trying to sleep off this nasty bout of cold.

Luckily, both the girls have been really cooperative.

Estelle has this enormous energy for life.

Nothing is done by half measures, as she really throws herself into everything she does, and every emotion she feels. When she laughs, you just want to laugh along with her. When she cries, she becomes this mess of tears and sobs. Sometimes, just watching this ball of energy can be pretty tiring.
And she loves to give lovely big bear hugs. For the lucky recipients of one, it’s one of the nicest things ever. She’ll run at you with her arms wide open, and envelope you, knocking you back with all her love.

And she loves to give little Amelie hugs, almost squeezing the life out of the baby. Haha. But Amelie has never complained, not even a whimper. I sure hope she’s enjoying it.

Estelle was in one of her lovely “I love you” moods today. She’ll envelope you in one of her monstrous, rugby front-row style kind of hugs and declare that she loves you. It’s one of those things that makes having kids all worthwhile. Honestly. That is… until you’re recovering from multiple fractures in a hospital a few years later. Hahaha.
